Before you contact us
Do you take on small jobs too?
Yes, including replacing a tap, trap or toilet cistern component. We confirm availability and call-out terms when you first contact us.
Can you come straight away?
Ask about availability and tell us the problem and town. The day and time depend on jobs already scheduled.
How much does a visit cost?
At the first contact, we explain the cost of the visit and agreed checks, including if you decide not to proceed with repairs. Work and parts depend on the fault; any additions must be agreed before they are carried out.
Are photos enough for a quote?
A photo can help identify a component and understand the problem. If it does not show the condition of the pipework or connections, an on-site check is needed.
Can I arrange work at a property where I am not present?
Let us know when you contact us. Before the appointment, we agree who authorises the work, who provides access and who we report the findings to.
