Assessment
Before choosing a model,
we look at the system.
Tell us what you want to change and how the property is heated. We also assess the rooms to be heated, space for equipment and the condition of existing connections. A site visit helps establish what can stay and what needs adapting.

Existing heating systems
Heating on, but rooms still cold?
Cold rooms, uneven temperatures or unresponsive controls: describe the symptoms. The checks help identify which parts of the system need attention.

Do you offer boiler servicing and flue gas analysis?
Yes. Tell us the boiler model and, if known, the date of the last service. We confirm which checks are needed and arrange an appointment.
Can I install a heat pump and keep my radiators?
This needs to be assessed for your system. We consider the building’s heating demand, existing radiators and operating temperature. A photograph or floor area alone cannot confirm suitability.
Do I need to replace the rest of the system when changing the boiler?
We first check the connections, distribution and controls. The quotation separates the boiler replacement from any adaptations needed.
Can you connect the heating to smart thermostats and controls?
Yes, after checking device and system compatibility. We also assess the network, configuration and local controls.
